INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM workloads for custom manufacturers. This fully remote role supports sales by delivering tailored demonstrations and translating customer needs into scalable manufacturing solutions.

Candidates with 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or CAD/CAM in manufacturing software, and hands-on CAD/CAM software experience, are encouraged to apply. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Product and Engineering are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Mansioni

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
