Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensing knowledge in California workers' compensation required or obtained within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers compensation claims with well-developed action plans to determine exposure and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and timely.
