Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Three (3) years of California workers' compensation claims management experience or equivalent.
• California jurisdiction knowledge required; SIP required or must be obtained within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex/techically difficult California workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Manage claims through investigation, settlement negotiation, and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and manage reserves.
