We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys with Workers’ Compensation experience. The ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation in addition to other insurance defense lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Partners

• You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
• Minimum 9 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California and 5 years of insurance defense. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.

Associates

• Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.
  Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in California, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
