Ideal candidates have a strong background in products liability or toxic torts and insurance defense, with demonstrated success in depositions, motions, and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Recent experience with products liability, toxic torts / asbestos, and/or insurance defense litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice in California (CA).
