You will manage a full caseload including premises liability and bodily injury, draft motions, attend depositions, and participate in mediations. Self-motivated and capable of independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school.
• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 2–8 years of civil defense litigation experience.

Responsabilités

• Managing a full caseload of general liability defense matters including premises liability, personal injury, and casualty defense.
• Drafting and responding to motions, complaints, and written discovery.
• Attending and defending depositions, court hearings, and client meetings.
• Assisting with preparation for mediations and trials.
• Billing approximately 1,950 hours annually with quarterly bonus opportunities.
