Diver5ify, in partnership with a nationally recognized litigation firm, seeks a General Liability / Civil Litigation Associate for Los Angeles or Irvine, CA. You will manage a diverse defense caseload from intake to trial with ownership from day one.

The role offers exposure to general liability defense, deposition and trial work, and mentorship within a strong Southern California platform.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience requested.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• Strong writing skills and ability to manage cases independently.
• Deposition experience; trial experience a plus.

Diver5ify is partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm on an exciting opportunity in Southern California. We have a strong relationship with this firm and regularly place partners, counsel, and associates across its offices.

The Role

The firm is adding a General Liability / Civil Litigation Associate to its Los Angeles or Irvine office. You’ll handle a diverse defense caseload from intake through trial, with real ownership of your files from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a docket of general liability, premises, and civil litigation matters


• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions


• Take and defend depositions, and handle court appearances


• Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy


• Gain trial and arbitration experience

What You Bring

• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience, with general liability defense strongly preferred


• Active California Bar membership in good standing


• Strong writing skills and comfort running cases with independence


• Deposition experience, with trial experience a plus
