• Minimum of two years' experience in general liability matters.
• Ability to handle complex litigation from inception to trial, including motion writing, pleadings, and briefs.
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs; manage discovery and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis; advise on professional liability coverage.
• Work in both state and federal court proceedings.
