Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking experienced attorneys with a workers' compensation defense background for a remote California role. The position offers a market salary of $140k–$225k plus quarterly bonuses and may require occasional on-site work at one of the offices.

You will handle non-litigation case work, prepare detailed progress reports, and, when needed, cover appearances at hearings, depositions or trials. A Juris Doctorate and California Bar license are required.

Qualifications

• Workers' compensation defense experience required.
• Excellent case management and reporting abilities.
• Strong research and writing skills for progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Case Handling Non-Litigation: analyze the workers' comp file, work on cases, provide progress reports.
• Appearance Coverage Attorney: attend hearings/depositions/trials and report outcomes.
