Mission Recruiting, LLC seeks California-licensed Auto Liability Defense Attorneys for a 100% remote position anywhere in California. Base salary: $150,000-$220,000 depending on experience, plus monthly production bonus opportunities.

The role targets attorneys with auto liability, personal injury defense, insurance defense, or civil defense litigation who want meaningful case ownership and strong litigation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto liability, personal injury defense, insurance defense, or civil defense litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and litigations matters.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto liability and personal injury defenses.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy.
• Handle cases through resolution and postures.
• Draft and argue substantive motions and take/defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations and settlements and manage court hearings.
• Prepare cases for trial and conduct trials when assigned.
