The ideal candidate has 4+ years of complex commercial litigation, a top-50 JD, and active CA Bar status. Expect direct client contact, mentoring, and outstanding work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• J.D. from a top-50 law school; AmLaw training preferred
• Active California Bar membership
• Discovery and deposition experience
• Willingness to handle diverse duties with no excuses
• Prop 65 or entertainment litigation experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Handle a varied docket of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across California, including the Ninth Circuit
• Work spans IP (copyright/trademark), trade secrets, Prop 65, Superfund, and general business disputes
• Arbitrations, motion practice, and occasional trials with hands-on responsibility from day one
• Lean staffing and direct contact with clients and in-house legal teams
