You will manage a varied docket in state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit, with discovery, depositions and occasional trials. Requirements: J.D.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• J.D. from a top-50 law school; California Bar admission.
• Discovery and deposition experience; willingness to do whatever the case needs.
• Prop 65 or entertainment litigation experience is a plus.
• No "that's not my job" attitude; collaborative work style.

Responsabilités

• Handle a varied docket in state and federal courts across California.
• Work includes IP, trade secrets, and business disputes with increasing responsibility.
• Arbitrations, motions, and occasional trials; direct contact with clients.
• Lean staffing and collaboration with in-house teams.
