Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, exposure to Prop 65 or entertainment law, and strong research and writing skills.

Mansioni

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff, class action, and regulatory matters (e.g., California Proposition 65).
• Manage a varied docket including entertainment law matters.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions and pleadings, handle depositions, and represent clients in arbitrations and occasional court trials.
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with team members and clients.
• Pitch in across all phases of litigation with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
