Job summary

Thefreelancefirm is seeking a California Civil & Probate Litigation Paralegal for a remote, contract-based position. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience and strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.

You will prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, manage calendaring and deadlines, coordinate hearings, depositions, and other events, and maintain organized case files with strong drafting and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong experience with California civil and/or probate litigation.
• Familiarity with California court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
• Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadline management

Paralegal Requirements:
