The Jewish Grad Organization (JGO) is seeking a persuasive Executive Outreach Specialist to conduct targeted cold calls to C-suite and senior executives. You will represent our mission and secure high-level speakers for programs and events.

This hourly, fully remote position offers flexible hours and requires strong independence, exceptional communication, and a results-driven approach to outreach and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone demeanor for executive-level conversations.
• Persistent and resilient with strong objection-handling abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and CRM logging.
• Independent worker with disciplined time management.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to executives and leaders.
• Communicate the organization's mission, value, and speaker benefits.
• Pitch speaking opportunities and manage scheduling.
• Maintain records of outreach attempts and contact details in CRM/tracking sheets.
• Manage daily call activity, pipeline, and follow-ups with accountability.
