Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a C++ Quality Assurance Lead for an hourly remote contractor role. You will oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across C++ AI training projects, review AI-generated C++ code, and provide precise feedback to ensure compliance with project rubrics and guidelines.

The candidate should have strong C++ expertise, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage quality workflows across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional C++ development and QA experience.
• Strong English communication and ability to provide clear feedback.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams.
• Knowledge of modern C++ standards, memory management, and build systems.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of C++ items and providing feedback.
• Code review of AI-generated C++ code, debugging guidance, and performance recommendations.
• Coordinate with remote trainers and QAs via Discord.
• Respond to questions on memory safety, templates, and concurrency.
• Create and maintain C++ style guides, onboarding materials.
• Help establish scalable QA processes and calibration tasks.
