Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a C# Quality Assurance Lead for an hourly, remote contractor role. You will oversee quality across C# AI training projects, review AI-generated C# code and trainer work, and provide precise feedback to ensure guideline alignment and high standards.

You will monitor code correctness, runtime behavior, type safety, and secure, well-documented implementations while coordinating with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent software experience.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide clear technical feedback.
• 3+ years in C# / .NET development, QA or code review.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check C# items, identify issues, provide feedback via DMs.
• Code review: assess AI-generated C# code, .NET snippets, tests, and explanations.
• Trainer/QA communication: inform contributors about guideline changes on Discord.
• Question handling: address .NET behavior, async/await, EF Core, testing, security.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors, track follow-ups, flag availability.
• Documentation: maintain C# style guides, trackers, FAQs, onboarding materials.
• Onboarding: run onboarding/training calls for C# contributors.
• Risk review: flag insecure or non-production-ready recommendations.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and improve QA workflows.
