Job summary

TULIT is seeking a Delphi/C# consultant for a 6-month remote contract. The role focuses on maintaining a legacy Delphi portfolio while migrating to Azure cloud-native solutions built on C#.

The candidate will lead modernization efforts, assess dependencies, and design migration plans with emphasis on HIPAA/HITRUST-aligned controls. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Delphi development experience (desktop and/or web).
• Strong C# and Azure-native services experience.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to reverse-engineer legacy logic and data flows.
• HIPAA/HITRUST controls knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Delphi applications (desktop and web).
• Lead modernization to Azure-based C# solutions (Function Apps, App Services).
• Design cloud-native architecture from legacy apps and plan migration
• Ensure data integrity and parity between legacy and modernized apps.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data, and Security teams on controls and alignment.
• Document legacy behavior and data flows for knowledge transfer.
