Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain professional license where necessary as applicable.
• Experience in a role requiring attention to detail, timeliness and negotiation with suppliers.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service lines and suppliers to manage procure-to-pay processes.
• Handle moderate-to-high dollar/risk purchases with contracts, formulary, and policy guidance.
• Verify requisitions, generate Purchase Orders, and manage urgent orders.
• Develop cost, quality, and supply continuity improvements with category managers.
• Proactively manage supply risk and substitutes to prevent disruption.
• Review KPI reports to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time payments.
