Responsabilidades

• Works with service lines, suppliers and product categories to provide purchasing service and solve procure-to-pay problems.
• Leads acquisition of requested items using contracts, formulary and policy guidance to meet organization goals.
• Verifies requisitions, generates Purchase Orders and manages urgent orders with proactive delivery communication.
• Develops relationships with category managers to improve cost, quality and supply continuity.
• Manages supply risk plans and substitutes to ensure continuous material supply.
• Reviews and maintains reports to minimize disruptions and meet KPI targets.
