Sentara Health is seeking a Business System Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support QA, data validation, and reporting for benefit administration systems, while collaborating with IT, product, and operations teams across multiple states where remote work is available.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience supporting business applications and processes.
• Healthcare/insurance or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality assurance testing and validation of benefit plan data, documents, and system outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
• Validate system changes and configurations prior to implementation.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Monitor deliverables and manage priorities to meet timelines.
