Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support Encounter, Exchange and Medicare initiatives in a growing payer setting. The role collaborates with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and implement cross-functional solutions.

You will analyze data, perform testing, and support regulatory reporting while engaging stakeholders and driving projects through both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in healthcare.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with UAT, testing and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and push to schedule calls to move things along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
