Salmon Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own client data verification and process optimization for a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

You will bridge business needs with IT, designing and implementing solutions, and building an internal Creatio module used daily by the Operations team. Remote-first role with global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, with BPMN or similar visualization tools.
• Experience working with internal IT systems: translating business needs into functional and system requirements, and supporting implementation with engineering.
• Working-level SQL: able to independently investigate data, test hypotheses, and find the root causes of issues.
• Data-driven approach: able to define and analyze operational metrics, assess process efficiency, and propose improvements independently.
• Working English for business communication: able to discuss processes, align requirements, and work with international teams.

Aufgaben

• Identify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and opportunities for automation.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and support implementation with the engineering team.
• Define and track operational metrics — processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency — using SQL to analyze data and find root causes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to align requirements and build end-to-end processes.
