Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred
• 3.4 GPA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong analytical and creative mindset, and eagerness to learn
• Experience and/or exposure to Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Query are a plus
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on projects, and administrative support for business intelligence, process improvement and production management programs
• Collaborate with business solutions team members, operations managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders to contribute to real‑time business initiatives
• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
