Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Business Administrator 2 to support the Commercial lines of business from a remote location in the United States (excluding Alaska). The role focuses on project support, operations, reporting, and process improvements across Sales, Legal, IT, Finance, and Customer Care.

You will help manage project deliverables, produce documentation, and drive efficiency in procedures while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience across departments and operations.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic projects and programs.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and Access within the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support launch of initiatives by assisting in UAT and post-production validation with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure day-to-day operations, integration, and performance are efficient and optimized.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, roadblocks, and success factors to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and manage production issues with IT, Finance, and reporting systems.
