Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7–9 years in business operations, program management, or related field.
• Experience in budgets, purchase orders, forecasts, resource planning, and financial processes.
• Project and program management across complex, concurrent initiatives with milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Executive communications and reporting experience, including executive presentations and status reports.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication services across business units and project teams, ensuring information flows smoothly to the organization.
• Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications data and business metrics to support visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to support accurate planning and operational alignment.
• Set up project structures and establish documented business processes.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets, and predict potential budget overruns with actionable solutions.
