Confidential Employer in the Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington, North Carolina area is seeking an experienced business litigator for a remote-friendly role. This position supports our regional offices while offering flexibility to work remotely within the state.

You will help develop case strategy, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and assist with depositions and hearings. Collaboration with clients and colleagues is essential, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business litigation experience.
• Active NC or SC bar license.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Independent and proactive mindset.
• Strong academics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters.
