We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Finance Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business. Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.• Manage ad hoc reporting and analysis in Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision-making.• Contribute to pro forma building, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement projects emphasizing clean data flows and scalable reporting templates.• Manage reporting around KPIs and MBOs.• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.• Optimize the data submission process between internal and external accounting teams.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI/Financial solutions.
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.• 4+ years of experience in a data or finance-heavy role, preferably with exposure to both disciplines.• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, financial modeling).• Power BI data modeling and visualization expertise (SQL, DAX, and M query), ability to translate business questions into compelling, scalable dashboards.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.• Experience with FP&A processes are a plus.

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $80,000 - $90,000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
