Team Red Dog is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives for our client—a respected global tech leader—by building high-impact dashboards and delivering analytics that influence business performance. This is a part-time, remote opportunity (30 hours/week) with flexibility and strong visibility—ideal for professionals who excel at working independently and delivering polished insights to leadership stakeholders. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Power BI (8–10 years): Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
• Kusto Query Language (8–10 years): Skilled in writing efficient KQL to manipulate large datasets and uncover trends or discrepancies.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) (8–10 years): Experience managing projects and queries in ADO, with strong documentation and tracking habits.

The expertise you bring:

• 8–10 years of experience in business systems analysis or data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Demonstrated success designing and deploying business intelligence tools in Power BI
• Expertise with KQL for writing advanced queries in large data environments
• Strong understanding of ADO for project and workflow management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with polished documentation abilities
• Comfortable working independently, with flexibility in a part-time schedule
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
