Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit two experienced Business Intake Researchers for a remote, approximately six-month contract. The role supports Information Governance and risk management with a strong focus on risk assessment and due diligence.

The position requires 5+ years in risk-related research and proficiency with Lexis, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, and SEC databases, plus knowledge of KYC/AML concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk assessment, investigative due diligence, corporate research, or similar analytical work.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with legal conflicts, business intake, or professional-services risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, companies and related entities for risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation history, SEC filings and public records.
• Synthesize information into clear, concise research findings for attorneys.
• Support due diligence for new clients and matters and assist with lateral hires and M&A risk projects.
• Coordinate with conflicts and business intake teams to identify issues during intake.
• Support broader Information Governance and risk management initiatives.
