Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal seeks two experienced Business Intake Researchers to support its Information Governance and risk management function. This fully remote, approximately six‑month contract role requires strong corporate research and due diligence skills.

Candidates should have 5+ years of risk assessment experience and familiarity with Lexis, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, and SEC databases. A Bachelor's degree is required and remote work is available for qualified U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk assessment and due diligence experience.
• Experience using research platforms and public-record resources.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML concepts.
• Ability to interpret financial information and SEC filings.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financials, litigation, regulatory history and filings.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear findings.
• Support attorneys and stakeholders with due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research on lateral hires, M&A and other risk-related projects.
• Collaborate with conflicts and intake teams to flag issues during intake.
