The role requires 5+ years in risk assessment, corporate research, or due diligence, with experience in KYC/AML and SEC data. Candidates must reside in NY, CA, DC, WA, OR, AK or other listed states and will support attorneys on due diligence for new clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk assessment, due diligence, or corporate research experience.
• Experience using research platforms and public-record resources.
• Understanding of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Ability to interpret financial information and SEC filings.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial info, litigation history, and news.
• Synthesize information into clear, concise findings.
• Support attorneys with due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research on lateral hires and risk-related projects.
• Collaborate with conflicts and intake teams during the process.
