100X Recruiting is seeking self-motivated professionals to sell school-based therapy and education staffing on a 1099 basis. You’ll partner with school districts, charter schools, and education service agencies to place therapists and other specialists, while avoiding payroll duties yourself.

You’ll own relationships, renew assignments, and expand to more districts, with earnings based on a share of net spread and placement fees. Remote, flexible schedule, no base salary.

Qualifikationen
