Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Business Analytics to help ensure we solve the right business problems. You will work with stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, developers, data engineers, and QA teams to elicit requirements and translate them into Agile stories and process flows.

Responsibilities include leading requirements elicitation, analyzing processes for improvements, creating documentation and models, and ensuring feasible solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Experience as Business Analyst or Data Analyst or related role
• Knowledge of databases and reporting solutions; ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain: business rules and requirements documentation, business use cases, process models
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
