Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery efforts to understand business problems and opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions.
• Analyze processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Document current and future state processes with structured methods.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into clear documentation for product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Support decisions and align stakeholders with defined objectives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Data teams on governance and review processes.
• Assist with testing, validation, and post‑launch improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve UX and efficiency.
