A leading AI-driven company is hiring Swedish-language analysts to enhance and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs). They seek candidates with strong analytical skills and excellent Swedish comprehension to read, summarize, and validate large content. This role allows you to contribute to developing cutting-edge AI models, helping shape the future of AI-driven analytics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Swedish Analyst, you will analyze content and create scenarios to improve LLM models. You will provide accurate answers and detailed explanations in Swedish, aiding the models' learning and improvement. Examples of tasks include:

• Answering questions like: Who is the best tennis player in the world? (considering full context and definitions)
• Determining delivery neighborhoods based on delivery patterns and constraints.

Requirements:

• Swedish Proficiency: Excellent reading and writing comprehension in Swedish.
• Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and laterally.
• Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Schedule: Flexible hours with at least 4 hours overlapping with PST/PT.
• Technical Setup: Reliable desktop/laptop and internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in writing, editing, translation, analysis, or research is advantageous.
