A leading AI-driven company is hiring Swedish-language analysts to enhance and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs). They seek candidates with strong analytical skills and excellent Swedish comprehension to read, summarize, and validate large content. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models and help shape the future of AI-driven analytics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Swedish Analyst, your tasks will include analyzing content and creating scenarios to improve LLM models. You will provide accurate answers and detailed explanations in Swedish, aiding the models' learning and improvement. Examples of tasks include:

• Example 1: Who is the best tennis player in the world? (Consider the definition of "best" across all genders and contexts.)
• Example 2: A postman delivers mail to two out of four neighborhoods—Oak, Pine, Maple, and Elm—each day. If he delivers to Oak and Elm on the first day and cannot deliver to Elm two days in a row, which neighborhoods does he deliver to on the second day?

Requirements:

• Excellent Swedish reading and writing comprehension
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
• Creative and lateral thinking skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently remotely
• Flexible schedule with at least 4 hours overlap with PST/PT
• Reliable desktop/laptop and internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience in writing, editing, translation, analysis, or research is a plus
• Proficiency in Swedish is required
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is advantageous
