Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP analyst experience required.
• SAP MM/PP/PS is a plus.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; translate requirements to users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues with user community and IT; triage data problems and configuration.
• Use database tools to pull large data sets and analyze issues for divisions.
• Document issues and processes; share best practices with users.
• Manage data maintenance in SAP as needed.
• Translate technical problems into business language to aid decision making.
• Document business requirements and create functional specs.
• Collaborate with developers to translate specs into technical specs.
• Create test cases and execute test system enhancements.
• Work on projects end-to-end and take ownership.
• Analyze problems, propose solutions and prioritize.
