Penguin Random House is undertaking a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, bringing together teams across markets, functions, and geographies to modernize our technology landscape.
We are looking for an Associate Director, Global Strategy, SAP Program Manager to play a central role in coordinating this global transformation. Reporting to Senior Director, Global Strategy, this role will work across global business, technology, finance stakeholders, and external consulting partners to ensure the program remains aligned on priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. They will provide the structure and transparency needed to help global leadership make decisions and keep a complex, multi-year transformation moving forward.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to operate effectively across senior stakeholders.
The Penguin Random House national headquarters is located in New York City. This is a hybrid role based in New York City and we are a team that works collaboratively across multiple geographies.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000.
All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
