Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership in ambiguity and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current and future technology needs for stakeholders and Veterans.
• Perform current-state analysis, interviews, and capability assessments for modernization planning.
• Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
• Analyze data requirements and business rules across capability areas.
• Document capabilities, future-state processes, gaps, and dependencies.
• Maintain documentation related to feature development and modernization efforts.
• Contribute to design, specifications, and development to meet client needs.
• Create high-quality client deliverables under supervision.
• Prepare and review solution options with team lead.
• Collaborate with client and delivery team to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
