Job summary

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Business Management Analyst II to support DHS CISA sector risk management activities. The role focuses on engagement planning, tracking performance, and delivering leadership-ready briefs and reports.

You'll maintain dashboards, charters, and documentation, analyze sector challenges and interdependencies, and contribute to rapid-response efforts during urgent events. Telework may be approved; on-site presence is required at DHS facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related business management, program analysis, or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, management, or related field.
• Experience maintaining action trackers, analyzing participation and performance data, and reporting clearly.
• Ability to document workflows and research policy issues to propose improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or project-tracking tools.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure sectors and SRMA responsibilities.
• IIBA CCBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sector-specific and cross-sector engagement planning and coordination.
• Maintain sector charters, bylaws, membership criteria, participation records, and procedural documents.
• Research sector challenges, cyber and physical risks, interdependencies, and information-sharing needs.
• Collect and analyze attendance, stakeholder feedback, participation trends, and cross-sector observations; prepare monthly reports and recommendations.
• Maintain weekly dashboards, decision logs, action trackers, schedules, and risk and milestone records.
• Prepare engagement packages and post-engagement summaries and action updates within three business days.
• Perform assigned unclassified engagement duties and safeguard sensitive Government information.
• Support rapid-response products during urgent events and contribute to the consolidated after-action summary within ten business days after deactivation.
• Other related duties as assigned.
