Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with financial payments and transactions, financial management, mortgage servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks and lead in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, deliverable requirements and user stories.
• Analyze data requirements and end-to-end data flows from source to screen.
• Maintain documentation supporting new feature development and product design.
• Contribute to design, specifications, and development to meet client needs.
• Create high-quality client deliverables under team lead supervision.
• Review solution options with team lead to address challenges.
• Build positive client and delivery team relationships.
