Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Business Analyst - Customer Success for Shockwave Medica­l to join our team. The role is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the US, supporting post-order management with cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate data and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include analyzing shipments, invoicing, and inventory data, while working across Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Service to drive process improvements and audit support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years in a relevant field, preferably medical devices or pharmaceutical, with 2 years supporting Customer Service, Sales Operations, Finance in analytics.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills for collaborating with other departments and handling inquiries.
• Knowledge of procurement concepts and working within quality systems and governmental regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables) and familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps across Order-to-Cash stages with Inventory, Sales Operations, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Review post-order data and initiate corrective actions related to shipments, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and program launches.
• Lead escalation and resolution of order fulfillment issues through cross-functional meetings.
• Analyze logistics trends and propose improvements to management.
• Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support audits and generate reports for Finance and Commercial teams.
