Job summary

Clarkston Consulting seeks a Consultant - Business Analyst to deliver creative business solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will work with clients and teams to analyze needs, gather requirements, and support delivery, while building trusted relationships and expanding your consulting capabilities.

Travel is 30–50% and work-from-home is allowed when not on client sites. A 4-year degree is required, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or project-based roles.
• Degree in business, CS, IS, engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs with clients and Clarkston teams to support project delivery.
• Apply consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across processes and technology.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, testing, and training activities.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and dependable execution.
• Contribute to project plans, deliverables, and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions.
• Grow consulting capabilities across diverse solution and process disciplines.
