You will develop expertise through hands-on practice, training, and mentoring, while preparing to lead solutions after bootcamp. Travel is expected and the home office setup supports a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• current college senior graduating in Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid 5-week bootcamp to gain core skills
• Work on life sciences, consumer products, and retail projects
• Assist in business analysis, process improvement, data modeling and change initiatives
