Job summary

Constellation Financial Software is seeking a Business Analyst to deliver high-impact professional services to its software product client base. The role is 80% billable client-facing work and 20% internal support.

The ideal candidate will independently lead requirements workshops, produce rigorous documentation artifacts, and translate complex business needs into clear, implementable specifications. This is a client-delivery role with remote engagements.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on BA experience in software product or SaaS environments.
Proven ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Strong documentation: BRDs, Functional Specs, Use Cases, User Stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing requirements sessions with stakeholders at multiple levels (end users to C-suite).
Document and validate business requirements using BA techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
Produce BRDs, Functional Specs, Use Cases, User Stories and data mappings.
Conduct current-state and future-state analysis; identify gaps and recommend solutions within product framework.
Coordinate UAT planning and execution; track defects and ensure sign-off.
Manage project scope and communicate impact of scope creep to stakeholders.
Serve as primary client liaison during project phases and present findings to client audiences.
Triage and respond to support tickets from existing clients; document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
