Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or related with relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting and managing complex business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data flows and data quality management.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and validating solutions against requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, applications or programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations, gathering and clarifying requirements.
• Decomposes and optimizes processes within the business process framework.
• Organizes design sessions and blueprinting for future state design.
• Identifies automation opportunities and coordinates with stakeholders on new features.
• Relays client feedback to the development team and assesses feasibility of features.
• Tests feature prototypes with clients and records experiences.
• Conducts user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet requirements.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and supports data quality measurements.
• Manages scope, time, and quality on smaller efforts and may handle multiple projects.
• Records, monitors and reports KPIs to senior stakeholders.
