Job Description

Maintain and monitor action items in Planner and ensure progress is visualized

Evaluating and updating procedures to make all TechPulse processes as efficient as possible

Assist with the creation of SOPs

Assist with the transition over to Microsoft (TechPulse is currently in the process of transitioning over to Planner, as well as using a Teams Channel)

Assist with educating CMS OIT employees about Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Teams Channels

Assist with The Beat, the TechPulse newsletter, released every 2 weeks to all OIT employees that highlights the work that has been done in TechPulse.

Skills And Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Products; Power BI, Planner, Teams Channels, etc.

Previous experience with IT Data Visualization, specifically around hybrid-cloud operations and projects

Previous experience in Technical Writing: creation of SOPs, documentation, communication

Strong communication and collaboration skills, dealing with complex architectures, customers, and competing priorities.

Ability to adapt and be productive in a dynamic environment.

Agile-based knowledge and skill.

Compensation

$50/hr to $58/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. null
