Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC seeks a Lead Support, Builder Design to create precise Articad/20/20 layouts from blueprints. You will provide design recommendations, respond to inquiries, and ensure layouts align with specifications.

This hybrid role is primarily remote with in-office presence in Jasper, IN on Wednesdays, supporting both internal and external customers and maintaining documentation for account management.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting deadlines and effectively organizing multiple tasks.
• Customer-first attitude with both internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with design software such as 20/20 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality, detailed layouts from blueprints using Articad or 20/20.
• Provide design recommendations to customers based on product knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding design layout.
• Troubleshoot blueprints for inconsistencies with specifications or field conditions.
• Maintain electronic documentation of standard work procedures for customer accounts.
