Vorst Custom Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented Chief Architect Design Assistant to support our design department on a temporary basis. The role emphasizes online collaboration, independent work from home, and accurate residential design drawings using Chief Architect.

Ideal candidates will have several years of Chief Architect experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while coordinating with a remote design team. Remote work is available from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Chief Architect software.
• Experience creating residential construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify residential floor plans and elevations using Chief Architect.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and presentation layouts.
• Revise plans based on client and designer feedback.
• Prepare cabinet layouts, room elevations, and design details.
• Organize and maintain project files.
• Coordinate remotely with our design team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
